fall 2004 teaching
Listed below are links to the class blog and class website for the Fall 2004 semester of ENGL 106 sec. 05-02 First-Year Composition at Purdue University. Throughout the semester-long, dual curriculum of theory and technological mentoring, I was able to integrate technology into the the classroom, encouraging the students to creatively communicate and participate in classroom discussion (as well as their own learning process) through the use of the blog. For this semester the class blog and the class syllabus/website existed at two separate html addresses. The implementation of drupal in the Spring 2005 semester will provide an interesting change, a centralization of teacher-student interaction and communication in the classroom.
