Book Review
I enjoyed how the film was set up in a twist on the discussion session format from Cuckoo's Nest with everyone assuming the role of a character from each text read this semester and contributing opinions about each of the books. Excellent job!
Interesting
This was a very different approach to the project, very creative.
PsycWard
I think this group did a very good job. They were able to incorporate all of the books we have read in class by having the opinions of everyone. By adding the twist with all of them being different charaters, I felt like we were able to get a different perspective. It seemed like they had a really good time! And they did an excellent job!
Plastic wrap is not very comfortable
Like my group members, I too had fun acting completely crazy for the camera. I find it interesting that a few people here and there commented about seeing me talk so much for the first time; hope you all had fun with my Faulkner-like rants and totally awesome "happy pants." It was a bit hard editing it since I had to take over 20 mintues of random behavior by the group and make a 15 minute short. Glad people had fun watching it and I appreciate the editing comments.
This was really fun. It
This was really fun. It forced us to think outside the box (or classroom if you will) and find a new way to interpret the books rather than sitting and discussing them to death.
good stuff
I liked that they did a book review, but were able to make it a lot more enjoyable by acting like the loonies from the book. It was a good twist.
i had fun
i had a terrible amount of fun with this film and it was a bit of a challenge to incorperate all of the books into our film but that allowed us to become more creative which i liked. all in all a decent project that i wish we had had a bit more time to work on to make it better.
i liked the way that this
i liked the way that this group was able to touch on all of the books we read. I felt that everything that they did was relavent to the texts, such as the discussion circle, that sometimes got a little out of control, and how the pregnant woman went along withthe story from a good man is hard to find. I liked it and thought it was well edited
I enjoyed this group's movie
I enjoyed this group's movie because it went into some detail about every book while still being random and funny. It was a good concept to use the mental patient meeting from Cuckoos Nest while incorporating all of the books in some way.
cuckoo's nest
This was a very unique way to represent the books. I liked the way that you wanted it to be like one of the group meetings...but I wish the characters didn't all have to act the same...i just felt like little kids were tryin to explain the book to me. But the William Faulkner thing was good.
Group two's movie seemed was
Group two's movie seemed was very distinct from group one's. I liked how they all were acting in it and not using puppets and also enjoyed their commical antics thoughout the film. I personaly enjoyed it for the humor and summary of our canons themes but did not like a few things. I thought it could have been better with more scenes and less stereotypical mental patient actions.
i thought it was an
i thought it was an interesting way to get the point across. and i thought it was funny when they beat up william faulkner... man i wish i could do that!
I thought the first group's
I thought the first group's (puppets) movie was sweet. They did everything everyone wanted to do but didnt have the taste to go through with it. Hellarious though, really good.
Doing a book review was a
Doing a book review was a great way to incorporate all of the texts. It was also interesting to see how different student perceptions of the books came out in the video (ex. Hatred of Faulkner). Also nice touch with the shot dispenser and back flips.
I like how the video was
I like how the video was satirical and each person represented a character from a different book. It was really funny to watch people from class who usually don't talk. My favorite part was the beginning that Adam edited. It made it seem like it was a real movie, until we started hearing the weirdo music.
I really enjoyed their video
I really enjoyed their video and I thought they did a very good job of touching on all the books. Adam did a very good job at editing their movie and honestly that is the most I have heard him talk the whole semester. Very good job!
I liked it.
I enjoyed this representation of Cuckoo's Nest and thought it was a very creative way to do the project, especially since they talked about so many of the books during the course of the movie. Great job, everyone!
I think this was a good way
I think this was a good way to show the personalities of the people in our class. No, I do not think everyone in this group is psycho. A lot of them never have anything to say so this was a good way to get them talking. Also, I thought they had an amazingly strong introduction.

I enjoyed all of the random
I enjoyed all of the random shouting and comments made by all of the group members in the video. Even though most of the time it seemed like everyone was just yelling and saying random things, you guys still managed to incorporate good insight into all of the books. Great job!
