   Good job! I like how you are doing a movie and a song, and i love that song. I'm not sure if that part about the parents should be in the thesis though. I mean, if a big chunk of your paper is going to be focusing on that, then go for it, but if not, maybe it shouldn't be in the actual thesis. Other than that, it was really good!

Great job ; keep up the hard work ! Maybe you can get an interview with Rascal Flats and ask them why they decided to write that song and what their inspiration was? That'd be cool but really, I think it will be great, even without the interview!

     In your thesis you only discussed how the parent helpd the girls deal with their afflictions.  What about the guys that help them?  Both the movie and the song have guys that, although the ones they love are very sick, stand by then and help them with their life, providing them with love and support?  Are you going to discuss them or just the parents?

The thesis was good but some of the sentences seemed shortend, you should try expanding them in one way or another. The presentation itself made it easy for one to understand in the direction you are headed with your paper.
